ROBERT LEWIS, Colonel b. 1702, Warner Hall, Gloucester Co., VA(interesting info on Warner Hall at the "Warner Hall" website-- www.warnerhall.com) d. 1765, "Belvoir', Louisa/Albermarle Co., VA married 1725 JANE MERIWETHER b. Virginia d. 1765 "Belvoir", Louisa/Albermarle Co., VA ISSUE: 10 Others & JOHN LEWIS b. 1726, Gloucester Co., VA d. 1787, Halifax Co., VA married 1752, VA KATHERINE FAUNTLEROY b. 1733, "Naylor's Hole", Richmond VA d. 1797, Halifax Co., VA ISSUE: Others & FRANCIS LEWIS I b. 1747 VA d. 1785, Savannah, GA married in Petersburg, VA LUCY DUDLEY(daughter of John DUDLEY & Annie Goodrich HAMLIN) b. 1749, Prince George Co., VA d. 7-9-1791, Savannah, GA(some have questioned if the Mrs. Francis Lewis listed in the newpaper article as dying in 1791 in Savannah is in fact Lucy Dudley Lewis) ISSUE; Others & FRANCIS LEWIS II, Senator married MARY DIXON HALL And my ancestor JOHN LEWIS b. 1777, VA d. 10-4-1860, Union Co., Arkansas married abt 1800 MARY KENDRICK b. 1776, VA d. 1879, Prattville, Autauga Co., AL Hope this helps.
