I forgot to copy the source for this, but it might help someone. There was a Samuel Lewellyn who had a son Jacob Lewellyn, and Jacob then named a son Samuel Lewellyn of Pike County, MO. Grandson Samuel died 1837. He consequently had a son John W. Lewellyn who married Jane Trabue of Kentucky 1824. I believe he was a judge for a few years. My information says John W. and Jane had 10 children.
