Dear Joseph:

Realizing that Lewandowski is a fairly common Polish name, I will ask anyway -

My great-great grandfather was JAN/JOHN LEWANDOWSKI, he was born circa 1855-1865. He was the son of FRANCISZKA/FRANCIS (UNKNOWN) & FRANCISZEK/FRANCES LEWANDOWSKI.

He married MARY URBANIAK/URBAN in Poland and immigrated to America by 1892 with their young daughter FRANCISZKA/FRANCIS who was born in 1880 or 1881.

Would he be amoung your records from Poznan?
