I found a bottle with the name I. Levinson 346 west 12th st Chicago. I found this near Roosevelt rd which would have been 12th street at that time. Isaac's Store? On the bottle is a Lion and it is a regestered trade mark ( no number) and it also say's this bottle never sold. I hope this help's ring a bell. Thanks, Peter Sweeney
