Brockway, James M. (p.5) James M. Brockway married Lydia Goff in Pennsylvania. engaged in lumber business and had a sawmill. Built a raft in 1849 with a cabin on it and with wife and eight children started down the Ohio river for Iowa. Children: Emmet, Marshalltown; Albina m. James R. Letts of Grandview Twp., Louisa Co.; Lafayette: Elmira; Judson; E. Frank; Emmet; and George. Lydia died in 1856. Notify Administrator about this message?
