Dear Frank,
I want to thank you again for giving me the opportunity to get in touch with Julius. I talked with him last week and he gave me a much better understanding of what he and my father went through during WWII. I had no idea when I posted on the Leone board that I would be given the opportunity get in touch with Julius in person. It really made my day. I recently went through my fathers old pictures and inadvertently stumbled across a picture of my father and Julius, during the war, that I didn't know I had in my possession. Julius had requested that I send him a picture of my father and so I mailed him the war picture, too. I cannot wait to hear Julius' reaction when he sees this picture as I'm sure he doesn't have it. He and my father were both so young. I also sent along pictures of other men that I have hopes Julius will be able to identify.
Thanks to you and your brother I have been given a wonderful gift.
Take Care,
