Can someone who has access to the 1850 census of South Carolina look for a P.F. Leonard? All I know about him is that he was awarded a prize by the South Carolina Agricultural Society in 1852 for the second best single harness horse, southern raised, at the 7th annual fair. This is an inscription on a small silver cup that an uncle gave to me and I have never been able to find out who P.F. Leonard was.
