Leonards In Mississippi

I am doing some research on my mother's family. My mother's name was Ada Lee Joshua DeNeal. Joshua was her maiden name. Her mother's and my grandmother's name was Lee Anne or Lee Anna Leonard Johnson Joshua. Leonard was my grandmother maiden name and her first husband's name was Johnson and her 2nd husband my grandfather's name was Simpson Joshua.
My grandmother had at least 2 other siblings Ned Leonard and Edith Leonard. To the best of my knowledge my grandmother was from Holmes County a neighboring county of Attala and was born in the 1890's. I recently visited Belzoni, Ms in Humphreys county and my grandmother's and grandfather's marriage license dated Sept 18, 1925.
My grandmother and great uncle Ned Leonard were share croppers on "Buck" Leonard's plantation. I believe this plantation was located near Tchula, Ms. My grandmother told me when I was growing up that her mother was Coctaw Indian and her father half African American and White. While I was visiting Mississippi several elderly relatives believed "Buck" Leonard who was White may been a cousin or uncle.
I would be interested in any information on the Leonard or Joshua family that you may have.
Sincerely,
Tyrone DeNeal, Sr
