I have never tried to go back in time from Solomon LEONARD, but the connection to the CHILTONS of the Mayflower is this:
LEONARD, Solomon m. CHANDLER, Sarah in 1640. Sarah was d/o of Isabella (Chilton) and Roger CHANDLER.Isabella did not arrive on the Mayflower, but her parents and sister Mary did.Isabella stayed in Leiden, Holland and came later with her husband Roger. It is not known for sure what boat they arrived on. If you look into some of the old records for Plymouth Colony you find scattered references to Roger CHANDLER.I am working on proving this line and at present am within two generations of documentation. I would be happy to share more if anyone is interested.
