I am trying to piece together a family of Leon's (De Leon) through CA census records (1860, 1870, 1880) and only women are present:
I. Josephine Leon, b. c. 1800, Mexico
i. Refucio/Refugio Leon, b. c. 1825, Mexico
a. Augustina, b. c. 1842, Mexico
ii. Santos Leon, b. c. 1828, Culiacan, Sinaloa, Mexico
a. Rosarina Soto, b. c. 1848-50, Mexico
b. Eugenia Soto
iii. Fabiana/Fabina, b. 1834, Mexico
(possibly three daughters: Maria, Refugia, Eliza,
all born in 1840s in Mexico)
Is anyone else researching this family? Could anyone assist with identifying the men? Thank you.
