Alexander Joseph Leon is my father in-law. He was born in Flagstaff, Arizona of a large family, all born in AZ. I known some of his sisters & brothers - Alfred, Sophia, Dora, Mercedes, Josephine, Ruth. I don't know when the Leon family came to CA. Alex married Ramona Duran in Los Angeles, CA; they had one son - Alexander Francis Leon, Jr. he died in 1991. Ramona passed away in 1996. Sr. Leon is still living in the South Bay area of CA. This Leon family is said to be a decendant of Ponce DeLeon. The De was dropped generations ago. Do you recognize this family?
