Charlene, I wish I could tell you more about Arthur J. Leon. All I know for certain is that he lived in Trenton, NJ in 1890. He stated that he was a Confederate soldier with the rank of private, and that he was wounded during the War. Unfortunately he didn't say which regiment he was in or which State he served from. I cannot find any Confederate soldiers with the same name, but he could have served under an alias or his surname may have been mis-spelled. There are several Louisiana regiments that had an A. Leon as a member, but that isn't telling me much. Bob
