Rick - there have been three Lenoir family reunions in the past 20 years. Two in Lenoir City, TN, the home of General William Lenoir's son William Ballard Lenoir. The General owned 5000 acres in TN on which Ballard was farming, building a mill, etc. The city of Lenoir City grew up around this mill. The other reunion was held at Fort Defiance near Lenoir, NC. You can check out the Fort at their web site There are currently plans being made for another reunion at Fort Defiance. It is in the preliminary stages. At the last one the entire city was involved making it a three day event. Keep in touch with the Fort for more information. I'll try to let you know if anything happens.
