I am trying to find some information on my great-great grandfather John Lennon and his daughter Elizabeth.
John Lennon was from Motherwell, Scotland. He was born around 1873. He was married twice, once to Rose Ann - with whom he had 3 children, including Lizzie, and to Susan - with whom he fathered my Great Gran Rose.
Elizabeth (always referred to here as Lizzie, but I don't know if that continued) was born in 1894 and was Rose Ann & John's eldest child.
John and Lizzie went to American in 1914. As far as I'm aware neither ever came back.
They possibly went to Philadelphia (I have a recollection of being told by my Great Gran as a child), but I'm not 100% sure.
I really am not overly sure where to start so any help would be greatfully received.
