Outagamie Co WI census records indicate John Lennon [ca 1866-1889], father of Herbert Henry "Bert" Lennon [1886-1931], was the son of James and Catherine (Bellew) Lennon rather than James and Mary Lennon, as stated in the book "Same Song - Separate Voices". Bert and his mother lived in James and Catherine's home after John died, not with James and Mary, both of whom had apparently died before 1889.
You asked for the names of James and Mary's children. I don't know how many children they had. See the message at
