LENNON of Mullingar (Meath or Westmeath)

Hello,

I have a woman in my tree named Mary Lennon born c 1845-1860 in Mullingar Westmeath. Mary was Roman Catholic and married Michael Gill born c 1845-1860 from Glasson Athlone Westmeath. Together they had 12 children which I've listed in no particular order: Bernard, Chris(tine or tina), Kate, Mary, Michael, James, William, Michael, Francis, Patrick, and a female sib who later became Sr. Mary Nicholas, but I don't know her given name.

Roughly half the kids emmigrated to Chicago, USA c 1900-1910 and 1/2 stayed put.

In my notes, I have Michael & Mary buried at "Our Lady Tall", which is my shorthand for something close in sound.

Michael Gill's first cousin lived next door and was "Bernard Gill, the oldest man in Ireland" who died in 1942 at the age of 104.

That is the sum total of what I now know, but I am hoping Mary Lennon is somebody's ggrandmother's sister.

Swert
