There was a Christopher Lenderman in Brandywine Hundred in 1820, 1830, 1840 census indexes ( only Heads of household listed)
Could this be him ( doubtful due to years, too old to fight), or perhaps a son also named Christopher? Lendermans/ Lindemans, etc. seem to like naming the first born after the parent.
