Laurence--in case you don't get the e-mail I sent you, I'll post the same info here. I'm interested in the John Innis Lemmon you mentioned, going to the Springfield IL area c1835. This is the John Innis Lemon I'm interested in. Can you explain how this John Innis Lemmon you mention is related to your earliest know ancestor James Lemon of PA and Lexington/Georgetown KY?

This line has me completely boggled at times. It will be great to hear from you so I can get things straightened out.
