Esther,
Are you sure that it is Scott Co.? I have a record of Thomas Lemon's will in Fayette Co., Will Book C., p. 531. No heirs are named. Of course, he could have been buried in Scott Co., even though he lived in Fayette Co.

I believe Thomas to be a brother to my ancestor Robert, who left Scott Co. in 1824 to move to Boone Co., MO, along with James, & John who were also in Scott Co., and William, who stayed in PA. There were other brothers. Their parents were James & Patsy McCune Lemon, who came to the American colonies from Ireland sometime between 1752-1762.

Would be happy to exchange further info with you.

Cindi
