Looking for info on my extended family in Colorado

I met some of my family members in Colorado a few years back, but I still hadn't fully realized how much my birth mother had been less than truthful about my family background...
My grandmother's name is Alice LeMaster and I remember being told that someone in the family had traced our roots back to the american revolution.
My Father's name is Frank LeMaster and passed away in Oregon a few years back. I AM SORRY FOR THE WAY MY MOTHER HANDLED IT.
I would really like to get back in touch with this side of my family and trace my family history. If any one knows anything or if any of you are on this site, please say hello. I have lost your information...
I am signed up as Laurie LeMaster as that was my birth name.
