I am from a line of Leitch's that came from Argyllshire, Scotland to Canada. I do have some background information on my family, but would love to find some living descendants for genealogy information.
My line starts with Donald Leitch 1736 who was married twice, once to Margaret Graham and then to Mary Patterson. They had several children including my direct ancester John Leitch Born: 1766 Achachosin, Parish N Knapdale, Argyllshire, Scotland Died: 1843 Metcalfe, Middlesex, Ontario, Canada , Ontario, Canada He was married to Flora Johnston. Within their children was Neil Leitch who married Janet Munro. They had Mary Leitch who married Malcolm Leitch a taylor in Glencoe. Their children were Colin, Neil, my Great Grandmother Sarah, Janet (Jen), Malcolm. Sarah would then marry Neil Munro of Kilmartin and have Malcolm, Archie (my Grandpa), Mary Ellen, Leonard, Garfield.
