My gggggrandfather was John Leininger DOB 20-11-1801. I believe John was the Americanized version with Jean being the christened name. I thought he married a Marguerithe Gasse DOB 27-01-1801. Marguerithe died 04-04-1886, John in 01-12-1868. I believe they are buried in State Line Cemetary, Mercer County, Ohio. I am descended from Jacob-Theobald-Edwin-Orlo. I would love to get a copy of the family history. My father had one & told me he would give it to me at his death but 2nd wife hasn't done so yet (it's been 4 years so I'm ready to just buy one) Thanks for any help!
