DISPATCHES --
From San Francisco, Sept. 1 --
-Arrived, the steamship Alaska, 36 days from Hong Kong and 26 days from Yokohama. She appeared to have suffered some mishap, as she came very slowly up the bay and listed over heavily on one side. She has 54,665 packages of tea, 2,827 of silk, and 1,666 of merchandise. Of this amount, 33, 747 packages of tea and 264 of silk go to New York overland; 6,971 of tea and 18 of silk to Boston; 4,487 of tea to Chicago, and 3 of tea to St. Louis. She brings the following passengers:
