Leighs of Albemarle newsletters?

I have seen brief mention of a newsletter entitled "The Leighs of Albemarle", presumably dealing with the Leighs that lived there and in nearby Virginia counties in early years (1700s-1800s). Apparently this newsletter was prepared by a Richard H. Leigh of Raleigh, North Carolina. When was this newsletter issued? How many issues? Does anyone have copies or know where any are retained, perhaps at some public library? (I am researching the William Leigh who died in 1794 in Amherst.)
