SUBJECT This is the first part of a contract of sale by Lease and Release in which James Musgrave and Thomas Leigh are selling property in Longworth, Berkshire, to Edward Church. The property consists of a cottage with several closes of land called Hempcroft (6 acres), The West Hamm by Cow Lane (3 acres), Coppice Close and Cow Lane Close (1 acre).
