Aaron L. Leibenguth died at his home in Battle ground sunday afternoon at 1:55 o'clock following an illness of eight months. Death came as the result of a complication of diseases.
He was born in Cherryville, Northampton county, Pennsylvania, february 17, 1858. He was married to Rheumah L. Hunt of Slatington, 48 years ago. To this union were born nine children, five of whom proceeded their father in death.
Surviving him besides his wife are three sons, Charles, Joseph and Amandus W. Leibenguth all of Lafayette, and a sister, Mrs. Oliver Kern of Slatesdale, Pennsylvania.
funeral services were conducted at the United Brethren church in Battle Ground, tuesday afternoon at 2:00 o,clock. Interment was made in the Battle ground cemetery.
The deceased is a brother-in-law of Mr. and Mrs. Arch Lester of this place. Mrs. Leibenguth and Mrs. Lester being sisters The only time of death for the wife is after 1925
