My GreatGrandfather x many is Solomon Legare" arriving with his Mother Madame Legare', from France to SC....I am trying to find out all I can about him, and her. If you are named Thomas you are named then after one of the sons Most likely Thomas? did Solomon marry twice? once a Mary stock and then who? my family tree gets muddled and I think some thing is not told...Who did Daniel Marry 2nd? it says on my tree Elizabeth paycomb but that is first wife and they have no child named Amy Legare' my great x many grandmother is Amy Legare. then I found 2nd wife of Daniel, a woman native to the Americas...but no name..would that be my great x many grandmother but no one wanted to fess up? so i cant seem to find out more, may be it is our relitives that know.,...also, Solomon Legare the Great grandfather that died in france,..was it his cousin or his brother Gilles Legare do you know? please send me all you can...Ana Charvelle ,..Im so very excited to see all these descendents I have met cousin Edward through e-mail and become very close, we have a wonderful family and I am so pleased to meet you also!!!!!!!!!!
