Ok, I went back through some paperwork that I got from my father before he passed, In it was a paper from an attorney showing an inheritence from my great grandfather to my grandfather. I now know that my great grandfathers name was Alvin Leffler, As of now I have no other information on him. I did find an adoption letter for Anice- It seems as though she was adopted in 1921 by John L. and Mary M. Burt. My grandmothers parents were Alvin D. an Goldie (Shaw) Garton. Kind of ironic that both of my great grandfathers were Alvin's... Just a little update to help in my quest. Oh yea, the marriage date was in 1926, the markers on my grandparents graves are wrong,, as their marriage license shows her to be born in 1910...
