Becki
Thank you.
Thats a date we have looked for, for yrs. If it says she was a Mayers, not Meyers, that could be a good reason we have never been able to do anything about her family.
I've no profe of anything on my Lefflers. I've used a cousins research as a floor plan.
Solomons obit give his birth 8 Sep 1808 Somerest, Perry Co. It has nothing about parents or other siblings.
John & Nancy's family from obits.
Daniel 12 Sep 1832 Fairfield Co. Also says the came to Putnam Co. in 1832, but how could they have, with all these kids born elsewhere & 1850 finds them in Hocking Co.
Mary 25 May 1833 Lancaster, Oh.
K/Catharine 7 Jul 1836 Fairfield Co.
I have a bio for Peter, that give his as 10 Dec 1839 Hocking Co. Tells his mother was a native of Md. & later Pa.
Leah give her date of birth 30 May 1840 Fairfield Co, near Lancaster.
Levi, David & Caroline, we have found no obits for & Elizabeth died at 14 have no idea were she was born, but since she died in 1860, that had to have happened in the Putnam/Henry Co Line area. Then to it might not have. Depends on just when the moved up this way. Do know thwy were here by 11 Jul 1860.
Levi is the first child we have for them & we only have Jan 1831
With the names of other Lefflers you have found, it seems like they can be related somehow.
John's bro Daniel that married Chirstina Ruff, that must have been her maiden name then.
Thank you so much for this info.
