I have the boo "History Of Adams County Pa. 1886" In it I have found in Germany Ywp.

"LeFevre Family: The LeFevres in this county are of French extraction, descendants of the old Huguenot LeFevres, who left their native country to enjoy religious liberty. Joseph LeFevre of the third generation in America, was a native of Lancaster County, Penn., and was the first of the family to settle within the confines of Adams County. In 1806 he bought and settled upon upward of 300 acres of land in Union Township, and during his life was principally engaged in superintending his large farm and in conducting a hotel on the same, at what is now known as LeFevre's Station on the railroad. He and his wife, whose maiden name was Susan Bowman, were both members of the Reformed Church, and were highly respected for their many good qualities of head and heart. They had nine children, whose names are herewith given: Benjamin, Joseph, Isaac, Amos, Enoch, Elizabeth, Catherine, Susannah and Lydia, All now deceased, including the parents."

" Enoch LeFevre (deceased) was a son of Joseph, the pioneer of the LeFevre family in Adams County. He was a native of Lancaster County, and was for over fifty years a resident of Adams County. He livedf and reared his family on the old homestead in Union Township, where his father Joseph settled. He married Catherin S. Schriver, a daughter of John Schriver, and by this union the following named children were born; Isabella, who married W.E. Krebbs of Littlestown; Rev. W.D., od Stovestown, Pa.,Joseph H. an attorney at law, Littletown; James A. of Littletown; Emma E. married to Isaac Loucks, of Hanover; Anna E., who married George B. Myers, of Littletown, and Enoch S. of New Oxford, this county."

There are 2 more. I will enter them later. They are sons of Enoch.
