Hi Dennis,

It seems we all come done from Phillip from New Haven, CT, who had sons Phillip and Ebenezer who moved to East Hampton, NY around 1670. Phillip is my ancestor and Ebenezer, his brother, had a son Stephen, b.1680. Steven moved to Southern NJ and died in Little Egg Harbor 14 May 1753. I have centered my research on the family that stayed on Long Island all the way to me. Years ago a Robert Leek from your area, contacted my brother in Williamsburg, VA. He was reseaching family history, too. Most of what I have of the NJ Leeks if from Helen's book.
I would be happy to share what I have. I am leary of reseach finding it's way onto the web with added mistakes, so I ask that this be kept for your own use.

Best Regards,

Lawrence Leek
