In the book compiled on one of the Needham Lees (there are a few
"Needham Lee"s from different Lee lines) there is reference to
the Deed Book C p.112 of SC in which Needham Lee Jr sells
the land his father, Needham Lee Sr acquired in 1786 to
Timothy Lee Jr in 1806. Needham Lee Jr is of Williamsburg Co.
-----In DARLINGTONIA p.95 the town of Lydia was named by Captain O.D. Lee
the father of Dr. Henry J. Lee, Oran D. Lee, and Arthur Lee
-----In THE HISTORY OF OLD CHERAWS p.453 Needham Lee was appt. a commisioner
of Black Creek (in Darlington)
