John,
I have Andrew in Stephen's line and show him born ca 1770 and died 1850. He was not mentioned in Stephen Lee's will but neither was Thomas or Braxton. I went to the sale of Stephen's land in 1816 and Thomas and Braxton are mentioned but Andrew is not. This would lead me to believe that he was not a son since Andrew was evidently alive at the time.
