I'm searching for the parents (or any connection)of William Lee, born abt. 1828 VA, raised in Missouri, died 1892, Tulare Co.,CA. He married Elzabeth Fugitt 1848 in Howard Co., MO. They went overland to California where they eventually settled in the Central Valley in Tulare County. Their first child, William Harley Lee, was born in 1849 in MO, the next child, Charles H. Lee, was born in 1852 in CA. In the 1870 census for Tulare they live next door to Washington & Amanda Lee also from Missouri. Elizabeth's brother, Congreve Jackson Fugitt lives near them as well. I would appreciate any information. Thank you very much.
