My ancestor is Andrew Lee ,b.1770 in Va. and died after 1850 in Claiborne Co.Tn.In 1820 and 1830 he lived in HarlanCo.Ky and then shows up 1840 and 1850 in ClaiborneCo. Tn,80 years old.
In the 1840 census of Claiborne Co.there is a Jubal Lee,40-50 a female 40-50 and a female70-80{in 1850 she shows up as Jerusha}and several slaves
Question, you mention Thomas Lee in ClaiborneCo.Tn and you also have a Jubal Lee in your Leeline, could they have been related to my Andrew Lee, who named his first son Stephen or is it just coincidence?
Jerry
