Gary,

We have corresponded in the past and it appeared that we had no family connections, but your recent post caught my attention:
"Thomas and the two Peters move on to Bedford Co Tn ca 1812. The older Peter then moves on to White Co Il. I have identified a male desendant of the older Peter, but I have not been able to get a DNA test.(I think the older Peter is Thomas's brother ,and I am sure the younger Peter is Thomas' son)."
Do you know what happened to this Thomas who move on to Bedford, TN? My Thomas Lee, Sr. moved from KY to southwest MS (Jefferson Co.) ca. 1810 and settled there. A recent DNA test proved that there is a 97.5% match to William Lee and Dorothy Taylor of Richmond Co. VA. Is it possible that your referenced Thomas and Peter were linked to William and Dorothy?

Thanks,
Bill Lee
