Cynthia on marriage record is 16 years old and born in Montgomery County, VA. Millard is 27 years old and born in Montgomery County, VA. Millard's parents are listed as James & Sallie Lee.
Anyone descendant or familiar with this couple?
I found Millard & Cynthia on 1900 census. Cynthia list her birth as Nov 1876. They are living in the Alleghany District of Montgomery County, VA.
