Robert's father's first name may have been John (unsure). Searching more info on Robert such as dates & places of birth & death, parents, siblings & etc.
Robert D. Lee & Louisa Taylor Lee had abt. 8 children. There dau. Martha Melvina Lee (my great grandmother) m. Bert H. Abney in 1906, Texas Co. Mo. Bert & "Mellie" had 9 children born to this marriage.
Martha Melvina Lee Abney was b.1885 & d. 1951. burial in Howell Valley Cemetery, West Plains, Howell Co. Mo.
John A. Abney b. 1907, son of Bert & Mellie Abney, grandson of Robert D. Lee & Louisa Taylor Lee is my grandfather.
John's dau. Melvina Jane Abney Pankey is my mother.
