Does anybody here have information on John George Lee born about 1774 in Virginia or Maryland? He married Elizabeth Lowman, born about 1785 in Baltimore, Maryland.
They lived in Vriginia, Old Dominion, then in 1810, left for Ohio where son William Wise Lee was born in Fairfield County of Ohio. We descend through William WIse then to Philander Lee, through Amos Riley Lee, to Raymond E. Lee, my grandfather. Since my grandmother was divorced from Raymond 3 weeks after my mother was born, very little is known about him. We know Raymond E, Lee, left for San Franscisco, California, re-married and had a son Robert, possibly Robert E. Lee. Basically that is where it ends for both John George and Raymond E Lee.
