Correction! I have subsequently found with the help of the certificate and a genealogy friend, that Pierres Father is NOT Basile and Marguerite..their son married somoene else.
Pierre m. to Henriette Girard is actually/possibly the son of
Pierre Leduc and Marguerite Hebert, daughter of Amand Hebert and Marie Legault

this is what I have found to date, followed by my reasoning:
according to what I can find to date:

This is where it changes: Pierre and Henriette are still our ancestors but:
OUR Pierre is the son of Pierre Leduc and Marguerite Hebert. Her family is Acadian from Nova Scotia, Amant Hebert and Marie Legault.

Pierre Leduc son of AUGUSTIN Leduc and Marie-Anne Henault dit Deschamps, daughter of Joseph Deschamps and Marie Catherine Lefebvre.

Pierre Leduc m. Marie Josephte Lalonde, dau of Jean-Baptiste Lalonde and Marie Joseph Breban.

Pierre Leduc m. Pelagie Tougas/Tougatch, daughter of Guillaume Tougas and Marie Brazeau.

and back to the very beginning where we still have the same ancestore from France:

Pierre Leduc and Marie Catherine Fortin, dau of Louis Fortin and Catherine Godin.

How I figured this out:

in case you are wondering how I figured this out..well here goes..I hope this is clear...
Jeannine(my aunt) often said to me, Basile, Pierre, I think it's the same person as he is always with Marguerite...
then I have the notes from aunt Emilia Leduc I think it is..and she had written: I THINK there was no doubt about where this person was your ancestor or whether it was his father PIERRE. ( this was about Pierre Leduc and Henriette Girard).

Then I found out that Basile Leduc m to Margureite White/Ouatte had a BROTHER I started asking myself why he would use his brothers then Jeannine sent me the rehabilitation de marriage of Pierre Leduc and Henriette Girard. it says:

"Le six Janvier, mil huit cent cinquante, nous soussigne ?? ??? rehabilite le marriage de Pierre Leduc cordonnier du lieu, et d'Henriette Girard deja reconnu aux yeux de la loi civile, en presence de PIERRE Leduc, PERE de l'epoux, de Pierre Belaire son oncle, et d'olivier Lortie TEmoin; lesquels ainsi que les epoux, n'ont pu signer."

January 6th, 1850, we the undersigned have performed a rehabilitation of marriage between Pierre Leduc, logger and Henriette Girard whom were already married according to civil law, in the presence of Pierre Leduc, father of the groom, Pierre Belaire, his uncle, and Olivier Lortie witness; to whit none including the bridal party are able to sign their names.

I was hoping that Pierre Belaire was the uncle of Henriette which would lead me to her roots..( there are many people looking for her) but instead found out he was married to Claire Leduc daughter of Augustion Leduc and he had a son Pierre ( her brother) which make her our Pierres aunt..this is what I have come up with SO FAR..
but definately our Pierre is NOT Basile and Marguerites son..their Pierre married someone else and she outlived him..
Our Pierre was married 3 x apparently, but definately 2 x.
we know for sure Henriette Girard ( supposedely his second wife) and for sure to Cleophee Bourgeon his 3rd wife..
his first wife I am told was named Sophie.
