Any connection with the St. Leger family of Ulcombe in Kent, holders of Ulcombe from 1066 when that estate was awarded by William the Conqueror to a Sir Robert de Sancto Leodegarrio. Holdings continued in hands of a Sir Warham St. Leger, ob. 1631.
