I too have the name "Felix Leddy" in my family... His name was actually "James Felix Leddy" ~ the son of Alice Murphy and Bernard Leddy who were both born in Co Cavan, Ireland and died in Lake Providence, Louisiana in 1875. They (along with their sons, Fransis William, Hugh Augustine and James Felix) are all buried in Lake Providence cemetary. The stone states that their daughter (Mary) and sons (Eugene and Lewis) were the last of the family. They also had 2 other sons ~ Joseph & Bernard. James died on July 17, 1879; just about one week before his son, Joseph Bernard was born. Joseph was born July 24 1879 and later married Ursule DeVillier... They had 7 children: Bernard, Eldred, John Alvah (my grandfather), Ira, Cletus, Curtis, Melba and Aleda. My Aunt Aleda is the only one still living ~ she's in her eighties and resides in Metairie, LA.
