Patrick, From my data it looks like your g-grandfather was married to Edna (surname unknown). Since my work ofter ends with the 1920 census, I have that your grandfather was born about 1918 and he had a sister Ruth, b. about 1916. Your g-grandfather was named:
Joseph Ledbetter b. May 1856 (wife Harriett)
Isaac Ledbetter b. c1820 in IL (wife Ella Jane)
James Ledbetter b. c 1782 maybe in NC (first wife unknoown, second wife Mahala.)
Arthur Ledbetter b. c1740 (Frances Brooks)
