Hello,
Here is some info from Memory 25 years ago (so I don't know how accurate it is)but I hope something may connect.
My Grandmother was Marguerite Lecoq (or Lecocq or LeCoque). Her family lived in Coos Bay Oregon, but originally had been from Belgium. She married Philip Alexander Gaffney (Born 1888). I think he was born in Canada and his brother lived there. Grandma had brothers Henry and George, and sisters Clotill, Cameal and Henrietta. Henry and Henrietta were twins. Marguerite's mother was Gabriel Deau and she was born in Belgium. Marguerite was born on Jan 13 but I don't know the year.
