Has anyone figured out the lineage of Justice Samuel D. LeCompte yet?

I have a photocopy of an 1859 transcription of the 1819 Manuscript by Daniel & Thomas LeCompte that was owned by Justice LeCompte. The person who transcribed it, did so at Samuel's home.

However, there are no immediate clues as to his lineage. But there are illegible notes in the margins that make me think Samuel had marked his ancestry as he read through the manuscript. Can't tell from my photocopy, but perhaps someone else has the original and can decipher something.
