I am looking for the family of Corena Leclerc of Sorel Canada. She was married to Elzear Lambert.She died while giving birth to her son on January 17, 1922.
Her youngest son, George Lambert is currently alive an is now 86 years old living in the United States. Since Corena died on the day of his birth, he was taken into custody by his father and has never met ANY of his mother's family. He visited Sorel several years ago to find her gravesite in Sorel, which meant so much to him.
All I know about the family is that they owned most of Sorel at one point, so they must have been well-known.
I am George's granddaughter and I know how much it would mean to him to meet any living members of his mother's family. If you have ANY information, no matter how small, that would put me into contact with this family, please email me at Cheryl2310@yahoo.com
