Hi Cynthia!
I thought email might be easier, but your email bounced back to me??
I can't figure out why there are different spelling of the last name if they were brothers??doyou have any idea why that might be?? strange.
My father is Ken LeClair, alive and well in SC.My dad was the youngest of three.Again, he has a brother also living in FL whom I've never met.
I tried finding that picture yesterday, but I think it's in the attic.I'll dig it out this weekend and scan it… that would be of Howard and Rose. She was pretty, but didn't age well… very "hard" woman on all levels. When my parents split, she cut ties with us.I think my brother may have kept in better touch as he lived with my father and step-monster for a while, but none of us were ever close to her.
My father and mother met in Massena, NY and later moved to Ohio where I was born, etc. From what my dad tells me, his 1st house as a child was just a "shack" - they were very poor.My dad was very handsome (still not bad for an old guy), looked nothing like howard really. This is so exciting… i was supposed to call anthony, but have yet to do so… his aunt was the woman my grandfather was in the back seat with, so he's not really "related" - just curious.
anyway, i live in ATL.. married with a (almost) 5-year old little girl.i'm sure we'll have lots of great stories & pics to swap.
