Hi,

I have had the good fortune to be given a picture of my Gr. Grandmother, JOSEPHINE CYR. JOSEPHINE CYR was born Nov. 9, 1839 in Cascapedia, Qc. and died June 1, 1925 in Caplan, Qc. JOSEPHINE CYR was married to ALEXANDRE LEBLANC.
In this photo I have received it looks like JOSEPHINE CYR could have some Native Heritage, and if so, would that be Micmac?? Her parents were JOSEPH CYR (b: Sept 11, 1797 Cascapedia, Qc) & SIRAPHINE LEBLANC (b: Aug 13, 1803 in Cascapedia, Qc)
