I am trying to trace my Grandpa's side of the family with very little information. This search is in regards to my GG Grandma Nellie Le Blanc. She lived at least part of her life in Louisiana. Where else we don't know. She spoke fluent French and had a accent. I know of one Daughter Audrey who married George H. Alexander. I recently found this census and the date for Nellie seems to fit. Here is the info listed on the 1880 census 2nd Ward Assumption, Louisiana
Carville b. 1835 La. Father he was a cooper
Elmira b. 1843 Mother
Erneste b. 1867 Son
Cecille b. 1873 Daughter
Denis b. 1874 Son
Albert b. 1876 Son
Nellie b. 1877 Daughter
Clara b. 1879 Daughter
As I'm limited on info I hope these names might jogged some memories. Thank you
