Interesting how Elias Simon Deab spelled his last name (on Ellis Island I guess). Do you have more information on him, e.g. what town of Lebanon he came from, etc.

p.s. Deab, Deeb, Dib, Dip, Dipp also Dieb, are various spellings of the Lebanese name that means WOLF.
